All models M101, M202 and M303 keep the registrations in the system for 62 days, including two pictures of the freight.
You are able to find the registrations through access to the individual system.
If you have several systems or locations it would be easier to have all registrations on a central database, accessed by a browser like the internet.
CR4 is such a Central Registration System, which includes:
